and during preconstruction through post construction.
Our financial assessment service include site
appraisal, market research, due diligence
and feasibility study.
Preconstruction services include project planning,

consultant selection, establishment of cost
and schedule controls, preparation of consultant
contracts, cost estimating, value engineering,
constructability reviews, and development
of effective strategies for construction bid
packaging.
During construction, we provide proactive
inspection and careful documentation to keep
a project on schedule and to head off problems
