Who we are and what we do
Real Estate Solutions reputation is founded on our relationships with our clients and an understanding of their needs. We aim at providing outstanding, specialized and diverse solutions from identification of need including development financial services and consultancy, site appraisal, capital opportunity, project positioning, program component to facility management that enable our clients meet their business objectives.

Value doesn't really mean cost to us rather It means executing projects more efficiently with creation of balance between design and construction, building costs and running costs. When We Are of Use to You :

RES can serve you from project financial assessment and during preconstruction through post construction. Our financial assessment service include site appraisal, market research, due diligence and feasibility study.

Preconstruction services include project planning, scope and budget validation, help in design consultant selection, establishment of cost and schedule controls, preparation of consultant contracts, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, and development of effective strategies for construction bid packaging.

During construction, we provide proactive inspection and careful documentation to keep a project on schedule and to head off problems before they become overwhelming. Techniques to avoid and resolve construction claims are basic skills of RES’s practice.

RES is often called upon to rescue projects already over budget and significantly delayed. We bring team members to these projects who are quick studies and experienced troubleshooters. They assess construction status, advise the owner on the nature and extent of problems, recommend corrective action, and develop the systems and controls to set the project right.

We believe that the owner of a complex construction project is best served when the agent providing project management is independent of both the designer and the contractor and is exclusively the owner’s representative. Only this relationship permits a fully objective assessment of the project schedule, budget, and quality, strictly in accord with the owner’s best interest.
