The project comprise of three towers of 15 floors each. The tower includes Basement floor with parking lots for 35 cars, substation, generator room, swimming pool, mechanical room, drainage and water supply mechanical room, and stores. Ground floor covers the electrical room, swimming pool area, reception area, and landscape with 20 car parking lots.

First floor comprise of 2 apartments and business center.  From second floor to thirteenth floor (12 floors) with 3 apartments per floor, 14th and 15th floor comprise of 3 duplex apartments.

Two elevators are serving the tower from basement floor through to 15th floor. Two staircases are added to the tower reaching the top floor level 15th whilst one                                                                                                 of the stair case leading to the basement and the other until ground floor.

Amaia Residential Apartment got its direct Electricity connection on 19th October 2008.

Currently the project is going through its Testing and Comissioning phase. In addition the customise Furniture are under procurement for installation.

The project is expected to reach final CloseOut phase very soon.
