1- Project Executive
Responsible for managing the design to infrastructure/ building construction effort for multiple projects, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the approved quality.
The individual; would also be required to participate, on a need basis, in providing relevant inputs during program identification / evaluation and/ or during evaluation of business development opSportunities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide on a need basis technical support to opportunity screening and master planning
• Manage the development of detailed design of projects and assessment of required manpower, resources and material for execution
• Monitor projects budget and working capital requirement, schedules, logistics and documentation to ensure on time, quality and on budget execution of design and construction
• Establish Engineering and HSE standards, requirements, internal controls, policies and procedures
• Identify and assess key risks and mitigate such risks through strong project management
• Prepare, review and supervise the technical tender evaluation process in coordination with Procurement
• Monitor day-to-day relationships with contractors, analyze and track performance of contractors
• Approve payments to contractors/suppliers in coordination with Procurement and Finance and manage claims and disputes
• Coordinate with project managers for all developments under the program
• Managing staff and liaison with client and government bodies
Qualifications & Skills
A. Education and Experience
• Over 15 years of Project management experience managing multi-million projects in real estate with strong exposure to all aspects of developments (preferably international)
• Completion of at least five full-cycle projects from start to finish
• Degree qualified in either a construction or engineering discipline
B. Specific Knowledge/ Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and preferably in Arabic
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Hands on hospital and detail construction management experience.
• Decisive and authoritative in dealing with contractors
• Sound problem analysis and solution delivery
• Able to report effectively with all Executive team members
• Able to contribute technically to new ideas and feasibility studies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Achievement of project plans, milestones, within budget and timescales; budget vs actual.
• Project specifications achievement and customer satisfaction rating.
• Corporate Business performance (KPI’s) – shared responsibility with Executive team.

2- Project Manager
Real Estate Solutions is presently recruiting
experience Project Manager with experience in healthcare projects. Interested
candidates must have a minimum of fifteen years
experience managing construction projects
for healthcare and hospitals.
Experience includes program management, liaison with clients and governamental bodies, staff management,
scheduling, quality and cost control, contractor
management and claims avoidance know-how.
Must have superior oral and written communications
skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Using project management tools, and identifying and tracking critical paths, milestones, and adjusting project plan and budget
- Developing and maintaining a cost/schedule control system to provide client management and the decision making tools for project control
- Supporting other project managers as required in the development and implementation of procedures, systems and reports which address current project status including budgets, expenditures, schedules, progress and forecasts
- Ensuring that required permits are obtained in timely manner
- Managing multiple projects and interfacing with other consultant and contractors
- Pre-qualifying local vendors and contractors, soliciting cost proposals (bids) for goods and services, negotiating and administering contracts with local vendors and contractors for the goods and services required in the execution of activities during the pre-construction and construction phases of the project
- Appraising and improving project controls elements to ensure adequacy and efficiency
- Meeting frequently with clients and upper management and interfacing and coordinating project control activities with other related programs and the core group
- Training, organizing and supervising a qualified staff to establish, analyze, appraise and forecast schedule, cost, estimating and management information functions
Qualifications & Skills
4 Years University Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architect, Electrical, Mechanical).
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Min 15 years of experience in buildings construction work supervision and contracts management.
- Experience in FIDIC or similar conditions of contracts desirable.
- Preferable experience in buildings, such as Hospitals, schools, offices, hotels, residential complexes, medical, towers etc.
- Previous experience with a PM/CM Consultancy.
- Min 2 years of experience in the Gulf or N.Afica Countries is preferred.

3- Project Control System Manager
The Project Controls Manager shall beresponsible to the Project Executive for the performance of Project Controls. Provides unification that organizes the estimating, cost control, scheduling, Information Systems, Graphics and Document Control activities into a cohesive, integrated project control team approach. . Develops a project control plan and work breakdown structure. Has responsibility for the development of the Baseline Budget Validation, Schedule, Estimates, Procedures, and all published reports and presentations. Is responsible for the team internal budget.

4- Project/Contract Administrator
Real Estate Solutions is looking for a project/Contract Manager who has been involved in pre and post contract work execution.
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer all contract documents from the initiation, tender process through to contract closeout including variations and issue resolution for design, construction and other project related contracts.
- Monitor the permanent materials procurement activities by others providing consultation when requested.
- Evaluate potential risks to the client and to the project and thereafter suggest measures to reduce risks to levels acceptable by the Client.
- Management and coordination of award process.
- Development of contract documents including tender documents.
- Demonstrates in depth knowledge of contract & FIDIC
- Past experience in contracts administration ensuring compliance with contracts terms & Conditions and monitoring variations and claims
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience.
- Experience as Contracts Manager on major developments
- Experience in pre and post contract work
- Membership to RICS or equivalent is preferred

5- Quantitiy Surveyor
We are seeking Quantity Surveyors with an appropriate degree and a minimum of 10 years experience. Preferrence will be given to candidates who are full and current members of the RICS. The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a successful track record preferably in the - PM/CM, be able to work on their own initiative whilst maintaining a team spirit. The candidate should have the ability to liaise and communicate with team and the client effectively.

6- Scheduler/Planner
We are seeking experienced scheduler/Planner with an appropriate degree and a minimum of 10 years experience. Preferrence will be given to candidates who are fully acquainted with Primavera P3 scheduling software.
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare master plan and conceptual design.
- Perform and supervising schedule development
- Involved in maintenance, monitoring and recovery plan activities
- Must be the on-site point of contact for all formal discussions with the client, and direct a team of project controls professionals to manage design, schedule, and budget.

7- Design Coordinator
We are presently seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to work on a major project in Kuwait.
DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor the performance of the Design Consultant to ensure the Design correctness and completeness as well as compliance with the scope of work requirements.
- Conduct all design management responsibilities planning, supervising, coordinating all designing phases from master plan, maintain a record of the Design Consultant(s) submittals and control in a timely manner the submittals/correspondence received from the Design Consultant(s).
- Ensure that the Design Consultant(s) has considered the end user’s requirements as stated in the statement of requirement/TOR.
- Be able to provide general guidance and assistant to consultants and contractors of the development
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years experience
- Qualified candidates must have a BS in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related fields.
- Preference shall be given to candidates members of RICS, RIBA or AIA.
