a Code of Ethics?
Real Estate Solutions strives
to be a good corporate citizen and to comply
with the laws and regulations of every country
in which it operates. However, earning and
maintaining client trust demands that we do
more. We conduct ourselves in accordance with
the standards of Project Management Institute code of ethics and our values in a manner beyond reproach.
Our code of ethics supports our core values
(CREDIT) of trust and integrity with respect
for everyone in a disciplined manner. These
core values are demonstrated in Real Estate
Solutions interactions with our clients, employees,
shareholders, consultants, contractors, and
the communities in which we work.
Ethics Guidance
The RES Book— Code of ethics provides standards
for conducting business consistent with the
company’s legal obligations, global policies,
and core values.
The codes set forth in The RES Book are the
basic principles of ethical conduct, which
is endorsed by the Company Board. It guides
the staff in honest and fair interactions
with others both within and outside Real Estate
Solutions. All employees have a personal responsibility
to understand and practice Real Estate Solutions
code of ethics and to abide by the laws, regulations,
and client requirements affecting personal,
business, and professional conduct. We equally
respect individuals’ rights to fulfill their
ethical obligations regarding any other codes
of ethics of their individual professions
or their specialty licenses or certifications.
