Real Estate Solutions design management if
required, can span the entire life cycle of
the project from inception to completion and
can continue to provide management assistance
during the ongoing operation and maintenance
(after sales service).

Value Engineering
We facilitate brief workshops whereby alternative
design solutions and material selection is
considered to achieve more economical design
during the design process.
Appropriate value engineering tools and techniques
will be used to match the requirements of
the client and the stage of the project. Our
goal is to help both the designer and the
owner meet their goals of a superior constructed
project at a reasonable cost.
The study outcomes comprise of detailed proposals
and clear and specific actions, agreed by
all present, that add value to the project
and ensure it delivers maximum benefit for
the client through an accountable decision

Constructability
Our approach is to create an optimized
solution to ensure results are realistic,
practical, integrated and sustainable results
that make a tangible and measurable difference.
Our expertise extend to constructability reviews,
allows for a customized approach that matches
our clients needs. We organize reviews of
the contract documents by a multidisciplinary
team to reduce conflicting design information,
allowing rational bidding and decreasing the
need for changes during construction. We tabulate
to client and consultant the consolidate reviewers
findings. In this approach the team reviews
the project in collaboration and a facilitator
helps the group focus efforts on those areas
that present the greatest opportunity for
cost savings and risk reduction.
Throughout these efforts, one of RES main
objectives is claims avoidance. Most construction
claims emerge from incomplete, ambiguous,
or unworkable contract documents. RES works
with the owner to develop claims resistant
documents. We seek out and head off claims-prone
situations. We work with the owner and the
design team to reduce the number of design
conflicts to avoid costly revisions during
construction
