Real Estate Solutions is commissioned by SIDRA holdings to undertake the responsibility of Project Management services for the US$120 Million Prime Tower in Business Bay zone covering 39 floors. The Prime Tower office cum retail complex is intended to be high enough to enjoy an amazing view over The Business Bay Dubai and at the same time also compact enough to ascertain optimized work flows in all floors. The building is to be constructed up to 39 storeys, in addition to first four levels for parking. The Prime Tower site is near to Burj Dubai, the tallest skyscraper in the world and just minutes walking distance from shopping and dining facilities and 15 minutes drive from new Jabel Ali International Airport.

 

 

In addition to its proximity to Dubai financial center, it's near to the world trade center, conference center and offices of numerous multinational corporations, all of which will enhance the value of the office cum retail tower.

The "Design Phase" for Prime Tower have been completed, the "Final Detailed Design" have been approved by the client and the "Construction Permit" have been obtained from "TECOM Zoning Authority".

The "Enabling Works" (Piling, shoring & excavation) have been successfully completed. The main contractor have been assigned and handed over the site to continue the construction activities which is anticipated to be completed by end of 2009.
