Lesson Learned
During RES course of working
on projects different lessons are learnt and
previously proven best practices are applied,
typically our staff also shares what they
know on a casual, need-to-know basis, everyone
swaps perspectives gained during the course
of project, which is properly documented and
shared through INFOBOX Knowledge Management
support system.
To spur greater exchange among our professionals,
we’ve design professional development formats
that accommodate, and stimulate, varying levels
of inquiry and mastery. This helps our novices
in acquiring a deeper understanding and greater
ability.
It is now common practice that the knowledge
acquired by the Real Estate Solutions teams
during a project’s lifecycle is captured and
shared throughout the organisation via the
‘Lessons Learned’ documents produced by each
project team. This exercise enables us to
spend more time focussing on delivering the
project rather than finding solutions to recurring
problems, thus saving time and resources.
