Taameer Complex Extension

 

The regional leader in the hospitality and leisure industry Al Tameer Real Estate Investment Company as master franchise of Ramada Hotels (part of the Wyndham Hotel Group International) approached Real Estate Solutions for management of their new property under the Ramada hotel brand to be integrated to form the chain of truly global hospitality provider.

The design of the project aims to develop a five star hotel cum residential apartment cum retail complex with modern facilities of 20 floors.

A design competition was held under the supervision of RES and was won by Dino Georgio Architects – Greece. The project is under progress of design with Dino Georgio working closely with local partners SSH international and under design management by RES.

The project site is located in Bneid Al-Gar, Kuwait next to the Arabian Gulf Street, overlooking north-east to the Gulf. The full Al Taameer Development site measures 12,173 m2 spread across 3 plots.
The new project will be developed on Plot 2A, approximate site area of 3,500 m2 facing the Arabian Gulf Street. Part of the existing underground parking and the health club structures currently existing on the plot will be demolished.
