The Ramada Encore Hotel at Tangier, proposed by Al Taameer Real Estate Company and Pearl-One S.A.R.L registered entity in Morocco will occupy a prime plot in Tangier city.

The concept of the development and feasibility was conducted by Real Estate Solutions. The hotel will be providing 3 start facilities with 195 rooms. The design contract has now commenced and the project is passing through design phase.
