Al Massaleh Real Estate Company, Kuwait together with Rani International Development formed the Sidra Holding Limited – a corporate holding company registered in Jebel Ali Free Zone Area in Dubai to develop an office building within the Business Bay Area–Dubai.
The master developer for Business Bay is Dubai Properties covering an area of 64 million sq.ft as total area of the bay.
Sidra intends to develop a high-quality office tower in Business Bay the financial hub of the Middle East.
The Site is within the Business Bay Area on Sheikh Zaid road, Dubai.
An in-house design concept development suggests the design of the tower to be in polygon shape in order to achieve maximum space efficiency and equally maximise views of the surrounding.
The "Design Process" for the Polygon Tower is in the "final detailed and tender stage". While "Enabling Work" is already awarded and started with the excavation and shoring walls. Similarly the execution of the initial stage with permits already started.
