Oliverai and Atlas Residential Development
The Projects entails the development of two Residential Compounds that have 495 residential
Units in total, in addition to all infrastructure, ancillary buildings and amenities.
Real Estate Solution has currently issued the terms of reference for the Oliveraie Residential Complex to consultants inviting their consultancy proposal and is in the stage of evaluating consultants for the project. The design stage shall start immediately afterwards.
Alia Complex
In addition Real Estate Solutions was involved with the client on Alia Project possible expansion. In this connection a due diligence was conducted and a report issued with recommendations.
The client is now evaluating the possible expansion based on the report.
Once executed the project shall be considered one of the landmark development in Rabat, with most unique style urban development, deployed with green building techniques and a sustainable development.
