FIMBank Project
A prestigious project launched by the Penderville Ltd. in Malta – South Europe. Real Estate Solutions has been awarded the contract to provide Project Management services to FIM Property Investment Ltd.(fully owned subsidiary of FIMBank p.l.c.), for the development of FIMBank’s head office in Malta.
The head office building comprises a total of two commercial levels, nine office levels and three levels below ground serving as car parking and storage areas.
The head office building is to be developed as a part of “The Exchange” under development by Pender Ville Ltd.
“The Exchange” is a landmark development located in St. Julians, Malta, serving primarily as a financial and business trade centre with upmarket retail and leisure facilities, exclusive residential apartments and underlying public and private parking.
Real Estate Solutions is providing a complete service to FIM Property Investment Ltd., from inception to completion, including advice in relation to land purchase and the interaction and co-ordination of FIMBank head office with the other elements of “The Exchange” in relation to both construction and operation. The specific issues of this development makes this both an interesting and challenging project and Real Estate Solutions is looking forward to assisting in its success.

Although independent in terms of structure the character of the FIMBank building will be complimentary to the adjoining tower and will linked at the lower floors to the rest of the complex effectively forming an integral part of The Exchange financial and business centre.
